Zlatohlávková, Martina ; Hronzová, Marie (advisor) ; Mojžíš, Otakar (referee)
Title Comperating and compensating exercises for water skiers Synopsis The goal of my thesis "Comperating and compensating exercises for water skiers" is to create a summary of exercises, which will be part of sports preparation for water skiers during their main training season. In the first part, I characterize theoretical aspects of water skier's sports training including their training units, comperating exercise specifics and types of exercise needed in correction of muscle dysbalance. In the second part, I demonstrate current training unit using structural observation of chosen sample of athletes. In my questionnaire, I appraise results of current inclusion of balance exercise during training units in the main training season of competitors in the age group of 9 - 35 years of age. Furthermore, I describe an experiment concerned with muscle dysbalance of this group of water skiers. Based on the results, I propose exercises compensating this dysbalance. Finally, I review the influence of applied comperating exercise on chosen research sample. I describe results of individual investigation and further propose possible solutions to improve our current situation. Incidence and management of muscle imbalances in physically active and inactive populations: Objective rehabilitation solutions for populations with nonspecific back pain
Šmejkal, Jiří ; Zeman, Václav (advisor) ; Topolčan, Ondřej (referee) ; Kálal, Jan (referee)
v anglickém jazyce: Incidence and management of muscle imbalances in physically active and inactive populations: Objective rehabilitation solutions for populations with nonspecific back pain Summary Totally 258 patients with chronic low back pain aged 51,5 +8,4 years were treated for three weeks in the Rehabilitation Centre focused on lumbar back pain. We observed incidence of muscle dysbalances and accomplished their exact objectiveness using the Tergumed system. We tried to compare and solve their mutual influence during the rehabilitation treatment. We compared differences between physically active and physically inactive population, the impact of total motivation, age and other factors on the improvement of strenght, motion, dysbalances and total pain relief.Significant improvement of movement and muscle strenght p <0,001 were documented on the Tergumed in three weeks. The physically active population and patients motivated.by using the Tergumed preferred active exercises to passive therapy. We also observed improvement in finger-floor distance and reduction of pain, documented by the visual analogue scale, decrease in body weight and cholesterol level (p <0,001). In three- week observation nor significant changes in muscle dysbalance, neither their differences according to sex,age ,chronical...
Physiotherapeutic procedures affecting muscular dysbalance in patients after mastectomy
SUCHANOVÁ, Pavla
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of muscle dysbalance in patients after mastectomy and the possible impact of some physiotherapuetic methods and excercises. The most common issues that plague post-mastectomy patients are upper-crossed syndrome and range of motion limitations in the affected shoulder. The muscle dysbalance in them may be caused by the chirurgical intervention when the breast is removed. This afflicts the soft tissue in chest and the shoulder girdle. The muscle dysbalance is accompained by pain cervical spine and thoracic spine. This shows that some muscles are contracted and in higher tension and the other are weakened. The muscles that should provide protective support to girdles and spine do not function sufficiently and are not able to keep the balance. The movement is made uneconomically and consequently some muscles are overload. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part describes the muscle anatomy, muscle dysbalance and the impact of physiotherapuetic methods as well as the diagnostics outline. The practical part is based on qualitative research. With the help of three casuistries it informs about the positive impact of physiotheraphy of muscle dysbalance in patients after mastectomy based on kinesiologic examination and the endeavour at influencing this dysbalance with the help of a combination of chosen physiotherapeutic methods.
Principles for creating an exercise unit focusing on a deep stabilization system
Schmidt, Jakub ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title: Principles for creating an exercise unit focusing on a deep stabilization system Student: Jakub Schmidt Supervisor: PhDr. Pavel Hráský, PhD. Objectives: Describe the principles on which it is working with the deep stabilization system built. Highlight the importance of the HSS from the as a precautionary measure the therapeutic point of view. To provide a sufficient volume of information from the anatomical and kinesiological sphere for the general public on the basis of the available literature. Point out the common mistakes when working with HSS individuals often commits. Assemble a training unit for 4 levels of complexity, from the simplest from the point of view of postural position, after the more challenging types. Each training unit to equip a reservoir and a description of the individual exercises for the subsequent implementation. The tasks of the work: Study the professional literature of the chosen topic, create a total of 4 exercise units divided according to performance. Determine the criteria by which it can be in the selection of units to manage. Key words: natural range, muscle dysbalance, stabilization, coordination, mobilization
Compenzation of muscle dysbalance by Judo fighters
Jeništa, Jan ; Zdobinský, Adam (advisor) ; Stich, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Compenzation of muscle dysbalance by Judo fighters. Goals: Our goals are to check which muscles and body parts are the least stretched and weakest. The main goal of our work is to design couple training drills which can lower or even eliminate this muscle dysbalance. Methods: In our work we used the method of sinthesis and analisis. With the analisis data method we discovered that muscles are most affected by muscle dysbalance. And based on synthesis we made couple compensatory drills which we add to the training. Results: We discovered that for Judo you need a lot of muscle body parts, but even in this sport you find muscles that are not that much used and not too much overloaded. In this work we wanted to point out, that those muscle parts need to be compenzated if you dont want to get injured or you do want to get better Judo results. Keywords: judo, compenzation drills, muscle dysbalance, training
Prevention of Movement Disorders in Strength Training
Křivánková, Markéta ; Vařeková, Jitka (advisor) ; Šifta, Petr (referee)
Title: Prevention of Movement Disorders in Strength Training Objectives: Analysis of selected strength exercises based on a theoretical overview with proposal of a possible correction of movement disorders prevention. Methods: The final thesis has the character of a qualitative study. For its elaboration have been used the form of a theoretic-critical analysis. It is an overview of available literature of all kinds published on the topic. Based on the theoretical knowledge, an analysis of selected strength exercises was carried out and a possible correction for the movement disorders prevention was created. Pictures were taken to compare the wrong and correct movement for all the exercises. Keywords: deep stabilizing muscles, muscle imbalance, pure posture, condition training
The Create and validate the compensation program for footballers U13 Dynama České Budějovice
MACÍK, Jan
The aim of this diploma thesis is to examine the possible muscular dysbalance of category U13 football players from the team SK Dynamo České Budějovice. Draw up a compensation program on the basis of this examination and use it in the training plan for 2-3 months. At the end of this compensation program, make an output examination and on the base of it valorize the muscle condition and efficiency of this program. The analytical part is focused on the study and analysis of available literature in the area of specific strain in football, the occurrence of muscle imbalances and compensatory exercises. In the synthetic part is a set of individual exercises focused on the most shortened and weakened muscles of footballers. Verification of the compensation program showed improvement of the tested muscles in the output examination as compared to the initial examination.
Evaluation of muscle with a tendency to shorten during a compensatory exercise program for a group between 20 - 30 years old at the center of a healthy lifestyle at PF

The aim of the thesis is to compile and verify the compensation program for women between 20-30 years in the center of healthy lifestyle at PF in 2016/2017. The research included input and output measurements of practicing women, including body posture, anthropometric measurements, WHR index and BMI, fitness test, and functional muscular tests of postural muscles. The work is further focused on body posture, fitness test, and Thomayer test functional test. On the basis of the data obtained, verification of the compensation program will be carried out. For all women tested, improvement was noted after graduation, in the quality of posture, in the Ruffier test, and in the improvement of spine flexibility. The overall positive impact of the program was also observed in other measured values, such as, for example, functional tests of postural muscle. The compensation program therefore fulfilled its goal.

Title: Application of compensation exercises in basketball Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to verify the effectiveness of the compensation practise on selected muscle group and selected basketball players. Methods: In order to obtain the results the functional tests of the spine and testing of shortened muscle groups Janda (2004) were used, which were applied to a selected group of seven basketball player from two different teams. Measured values of shortened muscle groups - initial measurements (pretest) were compared with the results of the measured muscle groups (posttest) after less than three months of compensation program. Based on the results of the entrance test were designed tray compensatory exercises that players should adhere to within the specified regularity. Results: We found out that after almost three months of compensation program the state of shortened and weakened muscle groups has improved significantly. All the results are recorded in the form of tables and graphs. Keywords: Compensation exercises, basketball, muscle imbalance
